ok. theres this girl at school that i really like. shes always playing around and hugging me and kissing me on the cheek i just really wanted to know if she was bi. She is really flirty too.

Thanks for your question. The best way to know is the girl you talk about is bisexual is to ask. Maybe not directly, but you can talk about bisexual people and see how she reacts.
Some girls can be very demonstrative, hugging and kissing, but still be heterosexual. But the fact that you say she is “flirty” maybe means more.
